1. PET Strapping Band

PET (polyester) strapping is our flagship product and the modern, safe alternative to steel banding for medium-to-heavy loads. It combines high tensile strength with excellent elongation recovery, so tension is retained throughout transit even as loads settle and vibrate. Available in 19 production variants from 12mm to 32mm wide and 0.50mm to 1.27mm thick, with break strengths from 186 to 1,400 Kgf, PET strapping suits steel, paper, timber, automotive, pharmaceutical and heavy-pallet applications. It is supplied in plain and embossed surfaces, UV stabilised, rated from −30°C to +70°C, and is fully recyclable through PET streams with no rust contamination. 2. PP Strapping Band

PP (polypropylene) strapping is the economical, lightweight choice for light-to-medium bundling — cartons, trays, printed matter, e-commerce parcels and food packaging. It is available in machine grade (friction weld) and hand grade (heat seal), from 5mm to 18mm wide and up to 0.80mm thick, with break strengths up to 188 Kgf and elongation of 10–25%. Supplied in black, white and green as standard (with custom colours at volume), PP strapping is a recyclable mono-material and the lowest-cost securing option where heavy strength is not required. It is the everyday workhorse of distribution centres, print shops, food producers and fulfilment operations, applied quickly by hand tools or automatic strapping machines. 3. Composite Cord Strap

Composite cord strap is a woven, high-tenacity polyester strap that performs like steel for heavy and irregular loads — but safely. DNV certified and EN 12195 compliant for cargo securing, it reaches break strengths from 1,500 to 8,000 Kgf and is rated from −40°C to +80°C. It is the preferred steel-banding replacement for machinery, steel coils, timber bundles, stone and in-container lashing, applied with a standard tensioner and locked with a GI wire buckle — no welding machine required. Cord strap absorbs shock and retains tension as loads shift, is rust-free and non-abrasive, and is far lighter to handle than steel coils. 4. LLDPE Stretch Film

Our LLDPE stretch film is a multi-layer co-extruded film for pallet wrapping and load stabilisation, available in hand and machine grades. Engineered with high cling, silent release and a high pre-stretch yield, it delivers more wraps per kilogram — lowering film cost per pallet and reducing total plastic use. Supplied at 500mm standard width on a 76mm core, it is used across logistics, food and beverage, automotive parts, distribution and 3PL warehousing. The multi-layer construction provides superior puncture resistance and consistent load-holding force, while the silent-release characteristic improves operator comfort in manual wrapping. 5. LDPE Shrink Film

LDPE shrink film is a high-clarity film for multipack collation and protective overwrap, engineered for a consistent shrink ratio on standard heat tunnels. It is dust-proof, tamper-evident and offers strong shelf presentation, making it the go-to choice for beverage and bottle multipacks, food trays, ceramics dust protection and printed-matter bundling. Thin-gauge options reduce plastic per pack without compromising performance, and the consistent temperature response ensures reliable results on high-speed automated lines. 6. GI Wire Buckle

GI wire buckles are the joining system for composite cord strap — hot-dip galvanized steel wire buckles that are corrosion-resistant, batch tested and dimensionally matched to standard cord-strap widths for consistent joint efficiency. EN 12195 compliant and supplied alongside cord strap as a complete securing system, they complete heavy-load securing on machinery, steel, timber and cargo without specialist tooling. How to choose the right securing product

Choosing the right product starts with the load, not the catalogue. For securing medium-to-heavy palletised goods that previously used steel banding — steel products, paper reels, timber, automotive components — PET strapping is usually the right answer, with the width and grade scaled to the load weight. For light bundling of cartons, trays, printed matter and e-commerce parcels, PP strapping is the most economical choice. For the heaviest and most irregular loads, or for in-container cargo lashing that must meet EN 12195, composite cord strap with GI wire buckles is the safe, certified alternative to steel. For pallet stabilisation in transit, LLDPE stretch film holds the load together, while LDPE shrink film is the choice for retail multipacks and protective overwrap. PET strapping vs steel strapping

Steel banding has dominated heavy securing for decades, but it carries real costs and risks: it rusts and can stain or contaminate goods, its sharp edges cause cut injuries, and it recoils dangerously when cut under tension. PET strapping removes those problems while delivering comparable holding power for most loads. Because PET elongates slightly and recovers, it absorbs shock and keeps tension as loads settle, where rigid steel can snap. It is lighter to handle, generates no rust, and is recyclable. For the small share of loads that genuinely exceed PET's range, composite cord strap bridges the gap up to 8,000 Kgf — so the entire heavy-securing requirement can move away from steel without losing strength.

Stretch film vs shrink film

Stretch film and shrink film are often confused but do different jobs. Stretch film is wrapped around a pallet under tension to bind and stabilise the load for transit — no heat is involved, and the high pre-stretch yield means fewer kilograms of film per pallet. Shrink film is applied loosely and then passed through a heat tunnel, where it shrinks tightly around a multipack or product for collation, dust protection and shelf presentation. Machine grade vs hand grade
